Looking forward: Back a Boiler program looks to expand in 2017

Back a Boiler, a first in the nation alternative to private student loans, hopes to grow the program to include sophomores and more juniors and seniors in 2017.

Brian Edelman, the chief operating officer of Purdue Research Foundation, said that he is very pleased that 150 students already executed Back a Boiler contracts. According to Edelman, Back a Boiler became open to rising Purdue juniors and seniors in the middle of the spring semester of 2016.
